We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, business name, and billing information when you create an account or contact us. PartsRunner also collects GPS location data for delivery tracking purposes, which is only active during delivery routes.
We use your information to provide and improve our services, process transactions, send service-related communications, and respond to your requests. GPS data is used solely for delivery tracking and route optimization within the PartsRunner application.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. Your payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
We use trusted third-party services including Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data storage, and Vercel for application hosting. These providers have their own privacy policies governing data they process on our behalf.
